Pre-wax

All Clients are to complete a pre-wax survey. This gives me an overview of you, your hair & skin. It let’s me know whether we need to do a patch test, as well as which wax and aftercare products will be most suitable for your skin.

Bookings

Book directly with me via text/Whatsapp, e-mail or social media messenger. Please specify preferred location when booking. You will receive a link to the pre-wax survey and a deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your appointment, I will happily reschedule it for you. Missed appointments or failure to notify within 24hrs for Studio One & TG Gym, or 12hrs for RAF Benson will not be reimbursed.

Contra-indications

Waxing is not suitable for everyone. Some medical conditions and medications can prevent or restrict treatments. Please take consideration when completing the pre-wax survey to ensure your safety. In some cases GP approval may be requested. Your notes will be kept confidential and in line with GDPR.
